The West Dunbartonshire Community Council Forum meet bi-monthly in the Old Council Offices, Dumbarton to highlight and discuss common issues and concerns. There is also an occasional programme of invited speakers who present a variety of topics that is considered of interest to Community Councils throughout the West Dunbartonshire area
